Elena Carl is a Barcelona-based Creative Director from Germany with over 15 years of experience. She has worked with leading design agencies including Schmid+Widmaier/Design, Oscar and Ewan, and Spin, collaborating with renowned clients such as the Pinakothek der Moderne (Munich), Phaidon Publishing, the V&A Museum (London), Christie’s, and others.

In 2014 she joined EF Education First (with over 50.000 employees) and its in-house Global Creative Team in London, driving creative impact as Global Head of Design & Branding.

In 2023 she joined Florence, a young, successful healthtech start-up, operating as Director of Creative and Design.

Today, Elena works independently, helping established brands and scale-ups drive growth through customer-driven creative strategy.
